"Ackerman taxes income, savings. and even death. In 1993 Ackerman cast the deciding vote for the largest tax increase in American history, $275 billion dollars. Ackerman scored an "F" by the National Taxpayers Union, and is rated as the 22nd biggest spender in Congress. It's no wonder that Ackerman has refused to rule out raising taxes further, while I have pledged never to raise taxes."
