Police

"I am honored to be endorsed by the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association of the City of New York," stated Grant Lally, Republican candidate for Congress in New York's Fifth Congressional District. "The P.B.A. endorsed my candidacy because I am clearly the candidate in this election that supports our police."

"As the Congressman from the Fifth Congressional District, I will always support our police officers," Lally continued. "I will support more police on our streets, real truth in sentencing, and the death penalty for drug kingpins and for those that take the life of an officer."

"My liberal opponent is weak on crime," Lally continued. "Ackerman has consistently voted for the early release of violent felons, and he has voted against the death penalty 40 times. Ackerman is so liberal on crime that he has even voted against mandatory HIV testing of rapists. Ackerman's radically liberal record on crime must end."

"I will make the New York P.B.A. proud with their endorsement of me," Lally continued. "Our police will always have a friend in Congress in Grant Lally."
