| Dr. Alexander Fradkov |

Renowned worldwide as an expert in Chaos Theory and Control Systems, Dr. Fradkov has consulted with and lectured at over 40 major corporations and universities in 12 countries, including Harvard and MIT in the U.S. and others in Japan, U.K., France, Germany, Australia, Italy, Israel, South Korea, Spain, and Sweden.
Dr. Fradkov leads the research and development team that produces new technologies and unique packages of highly sophisticated mathematical algorithms for our software solutions. One example is ADAM, an interactive set of programs for the analysis of dynamic systems of different structures (which can also be used as a simulation toolbox for MATLAB). Other examples relate to data compression and security algorithms that can be used for Intranet and Internet systems.

| Mr. Sergey Fradkov, M.Sc. |

Mr. Fradkov serves as a Senior Technical Specialist and manager of all UNIF/X development teams in the US. He is the first programmer in the U.S. to produce a generally available database replication software product purchased by major multinational companies worldwide.
In addition, he has pioneered techniques for creating on-line database systems, and achieving data replication through Internet server firewalls, to bring real time data to World Wide Web Sites. After receiving his Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mr. Fradkov led the design, development, and implementation of various leading edge technologies internationally. He also served as the Head of Product Design and Development for AFIC Technologies, Inc.

| Dr. Yaron Menczel |

Dr. Menczel is a highly regarded specialist in developing on-line applications, highly reliable data broadcasting techniques, and distributed management systems for the financial industry.
He also possesses a high level of expertise in Internet video conferencing technologies. One of the founders of AFIC Technologies, Inc., Dr. Menczel served as its Vice President and Product Designer until mid-1993, when he began work with database replication systems for major clients worldwide. In the past, he has led development groups at companies such as IBM, Efrat Future Technologies, Moody's Investors Service, and Shearson Lehman.

| Dr. George Mersov |

Dr. George Mersov heads UNIF/X Israelis Laboratory near Tel Aviv, conducting research and development of new technologies for our custom software solutions and products.
An expert in statistical data analysis, prediction, and computerization of numerical methods, Dr. Mersov earned his Advanced Ph.D. in Nonlinear Modeling in 1988. In the past, he has worked on computerized mission analyses of soft landings on the Moon, and fly-by's of Mars and Venus. Today, he applies his work to the development of nonlinear models of financial data, and the prediction of random events (such as financial market prices).

Acting as the Chief Operating Officer of AFIC Technologies, Inc. until late 1993, Ms. Oliva saw the company from a start-up through to its acquisition by a publicly held foreign corporation. Prior to this, she served as President/CEO of Global Investment Services Corp. and as a business lawyer for several of the largest law firms throughout the US.

| Laurent Weichberger - Director of Marketing and Sales |

Prior to joining UNIF/X, Mr. Weichberger served as CEO for Advanced Web Technologies Corp in New York City where his responsibilities focused on sales, marketing, alliance and business development activities, as well as establishing branch offices throughout the US. Among his numerous other accomplishments, Laurent has also served in Senior Marketing and Sales positions at Cactus International in Maryland and UniTrends Software Corp in South Carolina.
